Robynne Jeftha along with a motivating line up of speakers will be presenting on Saturday the 12/4/14 at the Ipswich Triathlon Club “Ladies Day” event. The location is Ipswich State High School at Brassall.

Robynne will be speaking from 3:45pm on Sports Nutrition for training and pre competition fuelling and post competition refuelling. Tickets are $20 for female adults and under 18 girls are FREE!
